A horse can run up to 2.5 miles at full speed before they need to rest. And a horse shouldn’t run at this speed more than once per day. Anything more endangers the health of the horse. However, if the horse is trotting, they can travel 20-30 miles in a single day.

Similarly, studies show athletes make the most gains when they train below 100%. They should do 80% of their training at low intensity and the remaining 20% at moderate and high intensities. This ensures peak performance.

The same principles apply for growing a successful business. Gurus making big promises is a huge distraction for entrepreneurs. The love of variety is in our nature. But before you know it, you’re trying to read all the books and do all the things and you’re drowing in information overwhelm.

How many have heard a coach say that success loves speed? Or a similar urgency tactic that lead to burnout?

Well the truth is, the key to entrepreneurship is not hard and fast work. The key to entrepreneurship is taking small steps consistently with periods of rest in between.

Are you done with exhausting challenges, neverending courses and endless reading lists? If so, I invite you to come experience the softer side of entrepreneurship. I’ll show you exactly how to build a profitable business that helps you build generational wealth with ease and flow.
